Product Questions

How do I find my size?

Your size is determined by your waist. Please try our sizing tool on each style and it will estimate your sizing. You can also refer to the Size Guide page for more details.

How long should I wear when first beginning?

Wear time should be 1 to 3 hours. However long your body feels comfortable. Please refer to How To Wear Guide (below) for more details.

Can I return if it doesn’t fit?

YES! Not sure if the size you ordered will fit, or just worried if you just won't enjoy your shapewear? Our policy lasts 14 days. We give you 14 days to decide If you'd like your product. If you do not want your purchase you can return and we will exchange or return for store credit!

Can I exercise with it?

Yes, you can exercise with it. However, when first beginning you will need to get adjusted to the trainer. If wearing shapewear try out for a couple of minutes. Over time your body will get adjusted. If you're doing intense cardio, or any work out that raises your heartbeat I would not recommend wearing. If you are lifting heavy weight, or even regular workouts we highly recommend it as it helps support your back.

How do I wash it?

They have to be hand washed. Mild soap and warm water will do the trick. Air dry afterwards.

Is it good for postpartum?

YES, it is perfect for helping muscles transition back after postpartum. If you have a c section I would consult with the doctor before wearing it.

Where are they made?

All shapewear is made 100% in Colombia. They are then manufactured out to the US to different distributors.

What are they made out of?

The exterior is made of nylon and polyester. The inside is 100% natural latex.

Do they have metal rods?

NO! The trainers have small flex rods for flexibility and comfort.

How To Wear Guide

How do I put my shapewear on?

  1. In your first initial try on, you might need help to put it on. It will be difficult to put on. It’s okay, it’s normal.
  2. Gradually increase your wear time. First few days wear 1 to 3 hour. Goal is 10 hours.
  3. As you get adjusted increase your wear time to 5, 6, 8 hours a day.
  4. The natural latex will help with tummy control, and helps you sweat.
  5. Hand wash, and air dry. 
  6. Goal is 10 hours for 8 weeks, with proper diet and exercise for best results. The natural latex will help with tummy control, and helps you sweat.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, No. We fulfill orders as they come in and they cannot be canceled after being placed. No exceptions. Once an order is placed we cannot alter or add onto the order. We cannot add discounts or promotions onto an order after being placed.

SHIPPING WILL TAKE AN ADDITIONAL 16-20 DAYS FOR PACKAGES TO ARRIVE. WE MUST ALLOW AT LEAST 20 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE CONTACTING UPS/USPS ABOUT YOUR PACKAGE. EmShapewear is not liable for late shipping dates. 

Processing is 1 - 3 business days. Standard shipping times can vary from 5-14 business days. Expedited Shipping 3-5 business days. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed the next business day. Closed on Holidays.

International Orders (Outside of US) Processing 2-5 business days. Standard shipping times can vary from 5-14 business days. Free Shipping not eligible for International Orders. EmShapewear not responsible for any customs or duty fees for international orders which are separate from the shipping cost.

Orders cannot be canceled once placed, under any circumstances.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your items are shipped from our warehouse. You can track the status of your order through your shipment confirmation email. Tracking may take up to 3-5 business days to update. Our shipping times listed at checkout are only an estimate.

How long to receive?

How long does shipping take?

We process in 24-48 Business hours.Standard shipping times can vary from 5-14 business days depending on the destination country. Please be patient your package is on the way! We are not liable for any extended wait time on your packages. If a package ships late or out of our estimated time frame we are not obligated to refund. Please keep this in mind as some packages take longer to ship than others. 

What is route insurance?

Route Insurance is added on to your cart to cover any lost or stolen packages. You can chose if you'd like to add or not. However if it isn't added and your package is lost or stolen EMSHAPEWEAR will not be liable for your package. Claim will need to be filed with Carrier.

Why hasn’t my tracking information updated?

Generally, after we ship your package, it will be processed by the carrier, then they scan and enter the tracking information. There might be a delay between these scanning events and tracking availability in their system. Usually it takes a few days for processing, therefore the tracking information may not appear online immediately, please try to track again later. 

Once we ship your package, it is in the hands of the mail carrier. EMSHAPEWEAR is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are delivered inside a mailbox of the shipping address the customer inputs at checkout. Please add Route Insurance in case your package goes missing or stolen. Double check that you input the correct information for shipping purposes. Please keep in mind we ship to where you, the customer inputs at checkout. If your tracking information is updated to "Delivered" and you have not received your package please check with your local post office, leasing office, or a neighbor to ensure it was not delivered to any of the stated locations before contacting us.

My tracking info shows my package was delivered, but I never received it.

You must contact the United States Postal Service and discuss the issue with them. Reach USPS at +1 (800) 222-1811 for USA orders. Please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in case they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers. We will do our best to assist you, but EmShapewear does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen. Please contact your local mail carrier and post office to file a claim.

When will my pre-order ship?

When purchasing Pre-Order this is guaranteeing your order as we sell out quickly due to the high demand of our shapewear. Our shapewear comes from Colombia, and due to Covid manufacturing and shipping is delayed. Therefore we are limited to what is received at time of restock. When you pre-order we order especially for you! 

Any Pre orders placed today and should be shipped within a month. Could arrive earlier, we will send email if shipped earlier.
