What is your exchange policy?

Not sure if the size you ordered will fit, or just worried if you just won't enjoy your shapewear? Our policy lasts 14 days. We give you 14 days to decide If you'd like your product. Please Read Return/Exchange POLICY before purchasing.

  • All items MUST be returned in protective packaging (or same bag) to reduce damage during handling. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. 
  • Returns must be unworn (only tried on,) unaltered, and unwashed. NO EXCEPTIONS. If we find any defects on the merchandise, signs of wear or smell we reserve the right to not accept your return. 
  • You have 14 days from the date your order arrives to you to return/exchange item.
  • All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a EmShapewear gift card. The store credit will be emailed to the email address attached to your order.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to ship exchange to you. 
  • Discount and coupon codes cannot be used on exchanges
  • Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer. The return label cost will be reflected as a “Shipping.”
  • If your exchange is rejected due to signs of wear you will be responsible for the shipping costs entailed in order to send the items back to you. 
  • We are not responsible for packages that may be lost in transit, so sorry babes! Route Insurance is available to help cover if this does happen. Available at checkout.
  • Please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable and will not count toward your store credit. 

If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product, we will cover the return cost.

How do I exchange my item?

Once we receive your email we will provide you with our return address. Please allow 3-5 business days to process return/exchange. When approved we will issue exchange or store credit.

If we do not have product for exchange in stock we might have extra in stock that we do not post on site for exchange purposes. If there is not any, we will ship out once receive, not eligible for return.

How long will it take to receive my exchanged item?

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
